When you have lost power, the best thing to do is check with your Electricity Distributor. Whether it be Powercor, Ausnet Services, Citipower, United Energy Distribution or Jemena, they can advise you on whether they are having issues in your area.

“Outages” is a handy app to download. It is run by Citipower and Powercor. Offering information about outages in your area, by using your postcode.
